HERS Rating
The Home Energy Rating System (HERS) is a measure of a home's relative efficiency. As certified HERS Raters we are able to create the models necessary to determine the HERS rating and perform the required diagnostics to get an accurate HERS score.
Building Diagnostics
The team is comprised of building science experts who have the knowledge, skill, and expertise to assess a building envelope through the blower door and duct testing. This testing ensures new buildings are built to current energy code and meet requirements for occupancy.
Passive Home Consulting
As Passive House Certified Passive Home Consultants and Raters we work with builders to assess a home's passive home compliance and readiness to ensure new buildings meet the PHIUS standards.
